Darker colors of red and yellow mean shear which shreds storms apart. The blue is less to no shear which would help strengthen a system

Yep literally the spaghetti models are honed in from Terrebonne to Gulfport, with one outlier around Gulf Shores.

Also the 06z runs show a slower developing storm, which would mean a more west track but also would mean a weaker storm.

Maybe I’m misinterpreting this but it says construction to start 2027 and finish by 2032. That seems like a long time to build that up if they plan on launching rockets by 2029

Haven’t met since 2019 but all of a sudden they start meeting right after SpaceX was announced…. All it took was a $100 billion investment into the area to get them to reignite the conversation. I have no faith they will get the infrastructure fix still

Fox tried to counter McAfee with adding Portnoy which they figured out figured quickly was not a good choice. Even though McAfee is a huge douche, Portnoy beats him in that category. Portnoy doesn’t bring enough to the table to offset how big of a douche he is. You could tell the whole Big Noon crew was not meshing with Portnoy.

Perillo was just forecasting for 3-5 inches of rain with hot spots of 8 inches possible just 2 days ago. Now the models are showing 1-2 inches. I’m not buying a tropical model 6-7 days out.
