I thought all the popular meds were seeing results in this range. I’ve been on a Tirzepatide/b-12 compound for right at a year and I’m down roughly 25% of my body weight from when I started.

We can't afford everyone living until they're 80.

Keeping someone alive and healthy and sending them $2500 a month on SS is way cheaper than paying $500,000 up front for them to spend a year dying of diabetes on Medicaid.

Go to the medical mall in west Jackson MS on a random Tuesday. The average patient is probably 350#, in a wheelchair, on oxygen, and already has one leg amputated from the sugar disease.

What do you think that costs to keep alive every month?

Did they run the trial in Atlanta?

Mississippi Delta

The drug pushed the 400 pounders down to the 280 range. It's the way to score those kind of big numbers.

I was wondering because of the percentage.

Mandatory dosing of this if your BMI is over 30

I have a BMI of 28. My body fat percentage is at 10.4% (I actually did a scan yesterday).

According to you, I'm on the cusp of requiring the fat shot.

BMI is a fricking retarded gauge of someone's health.

I read it as the avg person lost 70# and 28% of their body weight. So basically started at 220 and went to 150.

Not sure I have seen the OT make a 180 before.

Better to make a 180 than subsidize the healthcare of a 360+.

No it isn’t.

it’s good for the population overall.

If you are telling the truth about your data, then you are super muscular and an outlier.

If you’re walking around with a 30 BMI you’re either fat or a giant meathead

The average NFL wide receiver has a BMI of 27.3 and a BF% of 12.5%

Do you think the average American looks like an NFL wide receiver? Or that BMI is a pretty good measure of health for the general population and outlier are, by definition, rare in terms of statistics?

Reta is going to be a trillion dollar drug. Millions are already buying it off the peptide grey market; including health clinics.

Don’t forget trades.

If anyone works in the trades, coaches travel ball, and takes weight loss drugs please speak up. We would love to hear from such an OT all star.

You think someone would do that? Go on the internet and tell lies?

No, I know I'm not exactly normal. I'm aware of that. With that said, there are a number of guys that I know that are similarish to me at the gym with inflated BMI numbers, but low BF%.

I guess what I'm trying to convey is that there are a number of people who workout hard, watch what they eat, and just lead an overall good lifestyle with a high BMI number but have a low body fat percentage.

I always smile when I do a body scan and see my BMI number because it doesn't paint a true picture. The same thing can be said when doing lipid panels and strictly going by good and bad cholesterol numbers. It's a terrible way to gauge true heart health.

Live a healthy lifestyle or jump on a lifetime prescription drug subscription?

Obviously the lifetime payments to big pharma is the smart choice.
