Soooo...who is correct here?

About an hour later, a similar bomb was found near The Shops at JAX Brewery on Decatur Street. A third bomb was later found in the 600 block of Bourbon Street. An additional bomb was located in a purple suitcase at North Rampart Street and Esplanade Avenue, according to the source. The remote control that controlled two of the bombs was found inside of Jabbar's truck, according to the source. Additional explosive materials were also inside the truck, including two mason jars with clear explosive material. Surveillance footage identified a second vehicle, registered to the same owner as the Ford-F150, that ran into the crowd Wednesday morning and was observed following the suspect's pickup truck. Footage captured three men and one woman placing the first device at Orleans and Bourbon streets and then tracked them to the additional locations.
quote:
State police SWAT and the FBI went to the vehicles' registered owner's address in Harvey, but didn't find anything, according to the source.Detectives then relocated to the Mandeville Street address linked to the suspect to discover it was on fire. The New Orleans Fire Department said the fire was arson and that bomb-making material was present at the location. Both vehicles involved have a history of multiple border crossings into Mexico at the Eagle Pass and Brownsville points of entry, according to the source.

CNN: “Law enforcement now has determined that those people had nothing to do with this incident. At this point, it appears that those people seen on surveillance video did not have anything to do with placing devices in the French Quarter.”

I don't buy this based on the latest Nola.com report that has a lot more details. This type of gaslighting would also be consistent with what Senator Kennedy cautioned the feds to avoid.

They could be trying to make them think they got away with it.
Doubtful, but maybe...

He deployed to Afghanistan from February 2009 to January 2010.
He held the rank of Staff Sergeant at the end of service and was Honorably Discharged.
Also according to @JimLaPorta he enlisted in the Navy but never went to basic.

so two cars were rented from the same owner? Not impossible, just a little suspicious quote:State police SWAT and the FBI went to the vehicles' registered owner's address in Harvey so the cars with Texas plates had an address in Harvey?? Harvey close to where all the Muslims are?
Yea those couple lines needed more help from an editor. Raised far more questions than they answered

>"omg we found some bombs and we have video of the people who did it"
...a few hours later...
>"the people on video did nothing wrong, there may not have even been bombs"
While I appreciate law enforcement being willing to inform us of facts from time to time, it's really better to say nothing about something until they're sure of what they are talking about. All that does is get stuff wrong and start rumors and fuel conspiracy theories.

Just checking in to reiterate how unprofessional and disheartening the FBI agent in charge of the press conference was. DEI ghetto looking nose piercing wearing shite said it wasn’t terrorism.

Or they all lie or are fed info by CIA spooks. I do not believe anything that comes from DHS or FBI. They are all masters of censorship and deliberate misleading of the people.

This
How do we get very specific information about the type of bombs and exact locations then shortly after, "nah wasn't them"?
The 3 letter agencies just lie with impunity and this needs to stop. They work for us and unless they treat us like we are their boss they should be disbanded.

Why do they do press conferences with a whole entourage of people standing around the person talking like that? Why are those people not working?
Posted on 1/1/25 at 5:41 pm to HenryParsons
I count 32 people (not including the hearing impaired interpreter), which is absolutely ridiculous.
