Spain needs machine gun turrets and to start mowing a few of them down. It looks like an act of war anyway.

But still part of Spain. They're going to get Spanish citizenship, not Ceutan citizenship, ya dunce

Morocco maintains functioning schools, universities, hospitals, a working economy free from war and famine in a very unstable region, has different projects, and today there are more opportunities than ever. However, in Morocco, criminal punishment is severe. & those who violate Moroccan law exploit a structural advantage because Sanchez’ permissive immigration policy and willingness to invoke human rights rhetoric to shield criminals provide sanctuary to them. Moroccan authorities cannot pursue offenders across the border into Spanish territory or Ceuta and whenever it did it created a scandal one way or another, these criminals know this and leverage this gap to the maximum.

Oh great, so that means the people residing in and around Cueta don't receive financial support or vote in Spanish elections, right?

Is it a part of Spain?

From what I understand, it's a relic from some brief period of time when the Spanish were planning on expanding the Reconquista into Africa and bringing North Africa back to Christianity. They gave up on that pretty quickly because it was hard to devote energy to both that and their colonies in the Americas. But they never gave the tiny sliver of Africa they had conquered.

You must read Camp of the Saints, a translation of a French book by Raspail. I borrowed it via Interlibrary Loan, read the first fifth of it, and ordered a copy to Have and share.
He wrote it decades ago, and until you read it, this invasion of the north coast of the Med won't fit into what he foresaw. As he said, he didn't expect it to end the way it did, it's just as he wrote it, it all but wrote itself.

Guarantee OP has no idea this city is actually in Africa. Education here is weak.

It's pretty irrelevant to the end result of what will happen. Also, this same type of thing is happening on the mainland shores of many European countries and has for years, if not decades.

Interesting side note. The Basques of Spain are fiercely protective of their culture and language and want to break away from Spain. This BS won’t play in that area of Spain.

Well yeah. If you have no sympathy for any of those fighting age men, who are just seeking asylum in Spain and assuredly nothing more, you are not quite human.

Would that be like if a bunch of Cubans illegally entered Puerto Rico?

It's actually a very modernized, at worst, 2nd world country. It arguably has the best economy on the African continent as well as the most stable government.
