Cueta is right next to Morocco. It isn’t across the Strait of Gibraltar. Seems like a pain in the arse to manage. This is likely a ploy by Morocco to pressure Spain into giving that territory up.

Is it not the case that once on European soil they can travel freely anywhere in the EU. I seem to remember some countries being pissed at Angela Merkel opening German boarders for “refugees” and they ended up in France, Spain, and England
