Computers can't handle construction zones. Traffic drums and traffic barriers will wreak havoc on computerized systems and construction workers.

Tesla already has self driving capability even in the Model 3. For lability purposes, I don't think it has been fully implemented.
My brother in law test drove one with auto control and said it was awesome. I think it is something we will see in the near future.

Wut? Reflective cones/barriers etc are probably the easiest thing for computer sensors to detect.

I love that you're only focusing on the Uber example out of the entire article. I also love that even though the car is driving itself, you think humans being in the car takes that away.
