This is laughable. Every year people just keep saying this same thing though. “In 10 years it will be here...”
It’s just something that’s constantly repeated. Never in 9 years or 8 years or 5 years. Always 10 years away.
And
if you seriously think people won’t be allowed to drive in our lifetimes! Good luck to the robot truck to trailering my pontoon and backing it down the boat launch.

Yes it is. Trucks can already parallel park between two other vehicles on their own. Put markers down a boat launch and measure the depth of the water. That is a very controlled environment, a truck could absolutely do that right now

I'm pretty sure I've already posted all of my opinions are uneducated, but I still maintain it will be a long time before we see completely human free 18-wheelers
