You went to Oklahoma Baptist University? That explains a lot

SGA and Wenby. Both of these guys are so elite.
One of them has been elite tonight. The other has been carried by Alex Caruso

Anyways, I love the Joker but he played like shite and got dominated by Gobert. He no deserve MVP. Gotta call it like I see it.
He was pretty clearly having the best season in the league, one of the best seasons of all time, prior to his injury. He was never the same after that.

You continue to impress me with how stupid you and the okc fans continue to be.
This guy doesn't think that any space travel is real. Seriously, he's spent days arguing this on the OT. He's probably a flat earther.
Same guy has also posted on here about being a junkie in his late thirties and neglecting an infant to get high.
The thunder are bringing some absolute losers to this board unfortunately.

Cade really fricked this clutch time up. 3 turnovers in about twenty seconds of game time. The inbounds one was awful.

Last year’s Game 7 was the most watched Finals game in 6 years. The other games in the Finals also did very well.
This is also inaccurate. The finals were doing terribly until game 7 which spiked because a game 7 in the finals is obviously a big deal. A quick Google returns this:
quote:
The 2025 NBA Finals averaged 10.27 million viewers, marking one of the least-watched Finals of the century despite a competitive seven-game series, continuing a trend of lower viewership for small-market matchups. Game 7 was a bright spot, drawing 16.6 million viewers, the highest for a final game in six years.

OKC is so unwatchable that the league has the highest ratings in 33 years
There are two factors driving the ratings increase:
Nielsen changed how they calculate ratings this season which caused a spike and makes comparisons to prior seasons inaccurate.
This is the first season with widespread streaming across multiple platforms and they report numbers differently.
Comparisons to prior seasons are broken right now.

Just know, there is nothing you can say that will make us feel bad. Quite the opposite actually. You can keep posting these sad little commentaries but you're only making yourself feel worse.
Your feelings are irrelevant to me. I'm just posting the objective reality of how the thunder are perceived.
Shouldn't you be on the OT arguing that astronauts don't really go to space?

They really aren't THAT unlikable. People just hate dominant teams. You see it with every team. People loved their story, but now that they're winning, spotlight is on, people will pick on anything to hate. I called this last year.
Same thing happened with Golden state.
Nah, this is all wildly inaccurate. The Thunder are the least popular dominant NBA team in probably 20-30 years.
Casual fans loved the Warriors. An entire generation of kids idolized Steph. Fans of other teams did get sick of them, but there was nowhere near this level of vitriol from other fan bases. They also attracted a large national bandwagon following. That is the typical narrative of dynasty NBA teams.
This OKC team is incredibly disliked outside of their own fans, which is a group limited to residents of Oklahoma and the adjacent states. And weird Canadians. Casual fans, kids, etc all hate SGA and the thunder. There's a massive lack of charisma to go along with their despicable style of play dragging them down. They are attracting almost zero national interest other than derision.

I often times forget OKC even exists outside of the nba.
Unfortunately it's impossible to forget about them here given there's an autistic boomer who spends all day every day spamming multiple boards on this site with OKC Twitter posts.

Great game. Jokic and Aaron Gordon really dominated clutch time. Jokic dropping buckets on Wemby over and over like that is crazy impressive.
