Bought a couple lots in NOLA from civicsource. Paid in full the next day. Looking for a local HomeBuilder to take them off my hands. The auctions were semi-competitive. Closing took about a month and we did it all through email; didn't have to appear in person. ...

Just revert back to 2002, permanently. Decent variety of internet pron, cellphones had call and text, social media was barely a thing, internet had dial-up..basically revert back to pre-social media and smart phones ...
