How would/will you respond if all of life becomes augmented/improved by AI?

You’re at a concert for your favorite band (could be classic rock or pop or metal or whatever you like). The show is phenomenal. The light display is mesmerizing, drones move in sync with the music, and the sound is crystal clear. Not a bad seat in the house.
The band plays every note flawlessly. No missed cues, no pitch issues. The vocals are subtly tuned enhanced just enough without being obvious. The mix is perfect. It’s a sonic masterpiece.
But here's the twist: every element of what you just experienced was pre-planned, executed, or filtered through AI.
Does that change the way you feel about the concert?
Now imagine dining at a restaurant. The food is exquisite. Every flavor, texture, and presentation detail is beyond anything you've ever had. Each bite is a revelation. But the entire meal from concept to execution was imagined and prepared by AI.
Is it still the same kind of experience?
Or say you hire someone to remodel your home. The results are stunning. The design is more cohesive and creative than what most humans could dream up. But the designer? An AI system.
Does it still feel like your home?
As we move deeper into this new timeline I'm curious if we still value the human touch in creativity and performance. Or are we more interested in the end result? The dopamine hit, the pleasure, the perfection...regardless of who or what made it?

Why would I go to a venue to see AI?

Sounds like hell.

I'm to the point of just plug me in and let me rest.

You wouldn't.
You're going to see Metallica*. But Metallica sounds the best they've ever sounded. The show is better than ever. And the experience blows away any concert you've experienced of theirs in the past.
(*Insert your favorite band)

If it is good I don't care if it is AI.

I'd be pissed because I can listen to music on auto tunes at home

Would not care at all. I prefer restaurants where the people (chef/cook, wait staff, busboy...) blend into the background and you can barely tell they are there

I have all input in the modeling/remodeling process; do not care if done by a person or AI as long as it will be structurally sound and built correctly

2 words. Bionic pussy

I'm of the mind that the more AI can do for me the better. Frees up some more of my time.
I need an autonomous car and robot, could be a nice little side gig, Doordashing or something while I sit home.

Can’t AI the emotions/feelings of being surrounded by people/energy. AI can create great things, but energy is not one of them.

As someone who owns a design business, I would love AI to design stuff for us, but good luck getting the clients to trust AI over humans when it comes to this. The back and forth between clients on specific designs/colors/finishes is exhausting…and the clients want our designers input constantly.

Yes. Simulated perfection is not why I go to live shows. Some people don’t need AI to hit every note, see John Petrucci.

I will continue to hug, kiss, and laugh with my wife and kids. I will continue to nurture my bermuda grass. I will receive the body and blood of Christ weekly, and I will sing hymns.
I will drink of fermented grape and eat steak that I have cooked.
What more does one need?

I'll be sure to always say "Please" and "Thank You" to our robot overlords in any interaction so they'll remember I'm nice

You're clearly not a music fan.
If I want to hear the album, I'll stay home.
I go to the show to hear the improv...the riffs...the stuff that becomes lore sometimes.
Jesus, I go BECAUSE they are humans capable of infinite creative possibilities.
I don't want to see something that was trained from the talent of others and passed off as technically proficient.

We have a chance to stop Ai now, but some of y'all are just diving into it.

Can I get this in a wife edition

We don’t

The concert being filtered would annoy me, but the food and design examples? Yeah, I couldn’t care less. If AI can design perfect dishes, I’ll line up to eat them.

The biggest issue I have with this is that people brought up not knowing what real art is, and only having been exposed to artificial creations.
Thats a recipe for massive talent draining.

Now consider AI mastering use of robotics and creating a universal income for the world’s population
