The question isn’t what it looks like, as much as if Sexton is ethically representing everyone with a sufficient Chinese wall…and yes, that’s what it’s technically called. He can rep everyone ethically and it look sticky, and if he’s following ethical protocol (questionable) there isn’t anything inherently wrong with it.

The flip side is the unintended POSITIVE benefits. For instance, it was originally studied to prevent/counteract Alzheimer’s and Dementia and has been shown to have positive effects on those diseases.

As far as NEGATIVE, there are already reports of loss of vision/blindness, so it’s just a matter of what other long-term negatives exist balanced with whatever positive occurs due to weight loss, which can be equally as massive.
