They also give you a new alias that you can adopt for the remainder of your life or revert to your old name after 5 years I think.

Great way to skip some charges if you're under still under 40.
Yep, nothing like a good peaceful Jan 6 riot
More likely to get your criminal restitution than a recoverable judgment to execute in civil court. At least the criminal order will have teeth.

The Zoloft will likely take some time. The propranolol only very subtly has any affect on me, but the Trazadone may just need to be increased. It’s a sedative, so it will have an effect at some dosage.

I’ve been going through this same thing off and on the last 10 or so years. 40yo, super stressful career, and a spicy brain with combined ADHD/OCD. Very prone to impulsive behavior, ruminating on stressors/anxiety, feeling unsettled and a mind that won’t seem to stop.

the 3 things that helped me the most in this order:

Working out (strength training and moderate cardio)
Good nutrition, Whole Foods and high protein
Read “Designing the Mind” by Ryan Bush

I was taking daily Xanax, adderall, propanolol, lexapro, trazadone for 6 or so years. I don’t take any medication any longer.

It’s a daily struggle. Wake up and do calming shite, work out with a routine, try to fill your day with high valence activities to keep your head focused on the positive. Express gratitude. Memento Mori.

It’s sinking in now. Started mailing it in a couple weeks ago on expectations, but I held out hope
What’s yours fig? Just trying to see how honest you can get?

I fricked up parallel parking once. That’s mine.
I'm on a 5th Element kick and have turned it on to watch 4 times the last 2 weeks alone. Love that movie
Brother, I literally googled "tactical barbell base building" and it led me directly there. It took more time for you to post your reply than to find it myself.

No, but this is my favorite:

Obligatory not legal advice, but you should discuss with an attorney that handles property and property rights law, not necessarily "real estate", which is sort of nebulous and may direct you more towards title work.

Edit: incidentally, I'm also in OS and would be curious as to which hotel is adjacent to you

Edit 2: and again, this isn't legal advice, but if it were me....I'd probably visit with the gentleman and his lawyer, show him how they're wrong, and tell them you are moving forward with construction/remediation and to file an injunction if they so choose. But that's me personally, as I'm an a-hole and would be willing to engage in that form of negotiation. The leverage being, either let me cut out the fricking curb or I'll need an easement/rent for what extends into your alleged boundary.

Meds weren't worth it for me. I made it 30 years until the diagnosis, then on Adderall for 5 years or so. Yes, I was super productive at times, but it also made me impulsive and increased risk-taking behavior. Also F'd up my sleep and essentially required sedatives to counteract.
