It typically comes from insecure single dudes who were on the fat side at one point in their late teens/early twenties

Made nine patties from most of a three pound package of ground beef. Left enough for spaghetti tomorrow night. I'm sure we'll have burgers one night this week too.

25 minutes for 10 meals sounds like you are eating a boring-arse menu. I'll pass.

I’d rather not have naked grilled chicken and rice for every meal for 6 days a week, but do you.

man i dont see how one is meal prepping in 25 min. and oyu dont have to meal prep to eat healthy, helps but certainly dont have to have dinner already cooked.

i like to have dinner prepped and then cook when i get home, i like it fresh.

plus not hard to throw 10oz of fish or a filet on the grill or air fryer and steam some veggies and some rice for dinner.

appreciatte the OPs message but delivery......well mingo was better.

if i remember right though OP is in pretty damn good shape but is young with no kids.

the real challenge to being script free and in shape comes when you schedule looks like this

6am- wake up and get dressed and kids uniforms out drier and laid out

615- start prepping breakfast and lunch for kids and family

645- out the door for work

7-4- work

415- run home, pick up 1 of the kids and head to sports practice or game while others do home work and if game meet you there

5-730 sports for kids

745/8- get home, eat dinner and then find time to workout

yea repeat this 4 days a week, plus games on the weekend while having multiple kids and making sure they make really good grades while raising good kids and they have a life outside school and work where you go fishing and hunting and just playing outside and get back to me.

look OP i think more people should workout and find time for atleast 2 days a week of lifting and to put more time into diet....but the above schedule....yea its real for a lot of parents and its 3 or 4 days per week. Sure way way way too many know exactly whats going on with the latest tv show, know whats going on with national news etc etc but acknowledge its not as easy as you make it out to be.

i 100% can be a huge a-hole on here when it comes to health and fitness and making fun of people and freely admit that, but shite is not easy. takes fricking lots of discpline to workout by yourself at home after 8 or before 6 which many parents have to do. so your OP making fun of people doesnt really help motivate anyone.

to all those out there busting arse being a good parent

Well I smoked a pork butt for my parents and sisters and plans fell through so I have about 6 lbs of pulled pork. So yes, I meal prepped for the week. I'll take a bow now.

Because eating soggy veggies and rubbery chicken that's been sitting in container for 4 days sucks.

I fast 20 hours a day Monday - Friday. It's even easier than meal prepping.

I just run on my treadmill. Even easier than dealing with the gym rats.
