Last night I didn’t feel like cooking so I ate some fresh ground chuck from Marcel’s Grocery. Made a big 1/3 lb burger, put it on some French Bread and ate it without cooking it.

Because I actually enjoy cooking and don't mind making a fresh dinner every night. I will occasionally meal prep lunches for the week and freeze them but by occasionally I mean once every few years.

Yep. I typically have one meal around 7-8:00 pm. And I'm never starving or dragging from eating during the day. And I've lost over 60 lbs in 8 months. And I've saved a ton of money.

Wed Beef Taquitos

We just had a global pandemic killing fat people and our solution was to stay inside with a mask on and get a jab.
