Eating food cooked Sunday on Thursday and Friday is disgusting poverty behavior. Wednesday is pushing it.

This board loves to drag Ozempic but if you actually need it it is life changing.

Being diabetic and being hungry ALL THE TIME because your body keeps telling you to eat because your cells are not getting glucose is a miserable existence. Taking a peptide that makes your body do what most peoples bodies do already shouldn't be looked down on.

If big pharma can give me satiety then I guess I'll suck big pharma tit.

It's amazing you can lose weight when you actually get full when you eat. IDGAF if soccer moms take it to lose some padding, but I am glad it is available to help diabetics.

No desire to eat the same exact thing multiple times a week.

I prep like 3 different things every Sunday. Weak excuse. Sounds like you might have a bad relationship with food too

Did you forgot to login to your correct account, Mingo?

For the record I did meal prep for 3 days.
Jasmine rice, Thai ground chicken, and veggies. But I’m not really concerned with what some baw is doing with his meal choices.

That’s awesome, any tips on how I can feed my family for a week with only 25 minutes of cooking? I’d guess the first step is to just rail guys in the arse like you do

What a weirdo thread. I am married and we split cooking duties. We have leftovers for certain days when kids have practice or games. it takes 30 min to prep a meat/veggie/side meal most nights. It is not taking time from anything most nights.

OP is just a troll who’s probably a chubster irl but there are definitely folks who believe that moderation is for total pussies and have to constantly discuss their meal prep, workouts, and sleep schedules

Because many people don’t actually find it hard to make a meal without having to prep it beforehand?

It’s funny when they try and make it a tough guy, alpha male thing… shouldn’t your wife be at home cooking dinner every night?
