i got to give it to them. No demographic is better suited for corporate america. I am very impressed with their ability to send busy work my way, pass the buck, squeeze vendors profit margins and shift blame onto others. Not to mention they are the very best at hiring their friends and family

Being this shifty about a simple conversation that you started is probably contributing to your issues finding a job dude.
I hire people that sound like what you seem to be describing. If I post a job on Monday I have 200 Indians and 50 west Africans living in Dallas applying by Wednesday . All with AI resumes. You need to submit to 100 jobs and reach out on LinkedIn or email personally to hiring managers or potential team members. HR will frick you over in screening

Yep, went through this process a few times at this point. Process took 2 months after the offer letter was accepted. It’s just crap.

Colleges are more competitive than ever and especially once you're paying for college, you need to either be working on your career or working on making straight As.
