It won’t be enforced or they’ll have to shut down due to low enrollment. Zero percent chance their students are capable of following these rules.

Tuskegee may be able to make it stick as a private institution with actual standards.
It is the Southerns and Gramblings which would have bigger issues.

I read another interesting article about it. Tuskegee used to be pretty strict, required chapel for all students. Evidently some of the old guard (donors) had enough & began threatening their pocketbook (fwiw).

Yup. The students will say they can't afford to buy a bunch of new items to replace their existing clothes.
They will find/create some loophole.
