Frankly, we didn't even need an investigative team to know this. The Dems want to portray anyone as a dumbarse who questions how a candidate running solidly in third place all of a sudden makes up huge ground in the very specific mail-in ballots that arrive after election day.

Not only did she outperform Pratt, ol' girl just starts whooping Bass' arse post election day during this isolated time period.

Quin is a great coach but yeah Hawks are not one player away from being a contender. Jalen Johnson is a great building block but it’s a bunch of above average players surrounding him and no true elite players to put them over the top. So glad they took Risacher over Sarr though

I think they are doing a decent job of building a team identity of having a bunch of guys who can play defense and create offense on steals/turnovers.
But that doesn't work as well in the playoffs when you are going up against other good or elite teams.
They are not in a bad position with their roster and draft picks, but they have some work to do.

I'd say two players away. They have needed a rim protector/rebounder to prevent guys like Mitchell Robinson and KAT from killing them on the boards for a while.
They are not a bad 3-point shooting club, but not great, either. They could use another shooter on the perimeter.

I think there's almost certainly going to be riots if the verdict comes back guilty. I'd be mobilizing the guard now well ahead of the verdict.

This trial has not had a long drawn out nature to make it a national story that people have gotten worked up about (outside of Texas).

Even the defense witnesses seemed to go at the defendant. This will only spark a totally manufactured 100 percent bullshite 'riot.'

Guess we differ on that. I would rather a career thief with 8 priors get life over a 17 year old with no prior that made a horrible mistake.
Punishment is warranted. Severe Punishment. The family of the deceased is owed that.
But one has demonstrated over years they have no interest in existing in civil society. The other has a really bad day and really fricked up.

He couldn't get through 18 years without being accused of killing someone. And I don't care if they made mean faces at him or told him to get the frick out of their tent. That means he could have ended the situation at any time. He chose not to.

IMO, the guy did a damn good job this season. They totally changed their franchise identity on the fly this season with the Trae Young trade. He got them to 46-36 in what was a 'blow-it-up' rebuild moment according to some people.

Looking at the news lately, you don't have to be big or intimidating to stab, shoot, throw hot grease on, etc,... another person.

People be violent.

Good point.
Are these two BP guys supposed to be intimidating? They both look like they weigh about a buck 50 and they are part of a SNL skit.
But you're OK with having your paycheck, food, water, housing, entertainment, peers, workplace all being based in this joint.
Based on the main photo alone, you could have also told me that person is a defensive line coach at some 2A or 3A public high school.....and I would not have skipped a beat.
Man, I can't hate Fetterman. Dude came in looking like he and his wife were some trust fund tag team that was going to be annoying as hell....

And he has pleasantly surprised me by doing shite like this, treating Trump like a human being and being funny.

The Karmelo Anthony defense by his supporters will be the exact same thing we saw in other cases:

'Karmelo wasn't bothering anybody...when all those boys came up to him.'

Travel back in time with me: Mike Brown or whatever his name was in Ferguson, Missouri. On video assaulting a shop owner. Straight up shoved the guy down.
All we heard for months...gentle giant. As awesome as the day is long. Not doing shite to folks.

George Floyd....never met a pregnant woman he didn't want to kick in the belly. Again, guy was just a joy to be around. Give you the shirt off his back....if you had some fent, my boy!
Has anybody answered the question....why was he (Anthony) there in the first place?

I'm seeing nothing about him: participating in an event, having a relative participating in an event, him being a track official, him teaching ESL to other Mf-ers at one of these schools.....

Karmelo Anthony was suspended from school for previously being caught carrying a knife on school grounds. Because of this pending disciplinary suspension, he was banned from participating in a district high school track meet held in Frisco, Texas, on April 2, 2025

So why the F was he there to begin with? Did he ride over to the facility on a bike or on some tour bus of Japanese tourists?
Seems like he had no affiliation to be down there as a participant, family member, administrator, etc.
This happened on school grounds during a well-attended event. It was not at some weekend block party at 10:30 p,m, where there could be rival friend groups involved and you would have competing stories describing an off campus situation.

Acquittal seems unlikely.

Journalists often get criticized, but credit to this reporter for giving us a pretty solid summary of the events in the first two sentences.
In his defense, his QBs have been Desmond Ridder, Taylor Heinicke, Kirk Cousins and Michael Penix. Nowhere near an All-Pro in the group.

Not that the situation will get awesome with Tua and Penix, but he has put up some pretty good numbers all things considered.
IMO, a big issue since the 90s has been all the money that gets thrown at students who never come close to graduating.

We can talk about this degree or that degree being useless. Hell, what about these one semester and two semester wonders who get grants and just disappear from campuses like a fart in the wind? That money could help the people who actually complete a BA or BS.

WHAT ON EARTH?!

Has Van Swol been in a coma for a decade? I guess he hasn't seen the videos of these folks throwing each other into tables or washing machines at a Denny's, laundromat, McDonalds, on a cruise, at Red Lobster, in a Red Roof Inn, next to a rented bouncy castle, at a Wendy's....
If she would have done some goofy dance move and stayed on her feet, it would have been no big deal. The whole doing a split and some music video thrusting simulation ... that's a nope.
