I've seriously lost interest in beef consumption over the past 4-5 months. Don't really have the cravings for it.

Once a week at best now. A lot of times when I do eat it, my digestive/gastro system is all messed up.

I’ve replaced all beef with various forms of soy. Feels fabulous!

I eat red meat maybe 1-2 times a month. It used to be a few times a week not too long ago.

Only reason I don't eat a lot of beef now is I'm doing weight watchers.

Baked chicken is 0 points....so I eat a lot of chicken now.

So is lean ground turkey...so I use that instead of ground beef.

Yes. I try to chew my medium rare NY Strips much more slowly than I once did.

Might as well cut back on pussy and sports while you are at it.

0 points!

You eat 3000 calories of chicken you’ll continue to be fat.

Do you know how many chicken breasts you need to eat to hit 3000 calories?

Hint: It's a fricking TON of chicken.

Well that's 6lbs of chicken so I don't think that's going to happen.

Beef is my favorite meat. I’m not eating carbs, so my consumption is up & staying that way.

I eat beef probably once a week. I don’t like hamburger so a steak or a roast once a week is about right. I mostly eat fish and shrimp.
