My issue with the Rooney Rule

Well, they are just following the rule that is in place.
If a team has their eyes set on a certain person, they have every right to hire him and him only and not even consider anyone else.
Why are folks acting as if this something new? Companies do it all the time. They interview candidates to fulfill a quota knowing full well whom they are going to select for the position. This is no different.

Twice during a flight. Luckily, there was no line to the restroom, so I didn't have to use a barf bag.

Women tend to get worse as they get older, and I'm not even referring to looks either. Finding "a good woman" is slim pickings these days. I'm content with the ones I hook up with here and there.
I stopped dating and decided to focus on my own goals. Best decision I ever made. Women are distractions and a drain on resources. And I don’t mean strictly money. More important resources, like time and peace of mind. If I didn’t need a place to put my erection, I would literally never talk to most women, outside of family and close friends.
