When you get older and have to start actually contemplating death you tend to eat less red meat, among other things. I have cut back considerably. Maybe twice a month.

I eat grass fed, no digestive issues from it, full of good fats.

For what reason? Good grass fed beef along with diet and exercise is a great way to have health and longevity

I have been off red meat for awhile now. No beef, pork, etc.

I deal with GI issues and red meat is a huge antagonist.

I’ve been cutting back on red meat trying to slim down a bit. Eating a bunch of chicken and turkey instead.

ve seriously lost interest in beef consumption over the past 4-5 months. Don't really have the cravings for it.

Once a week at best now. A lot of times when I do eat it, my digestive/gastro system is all messed up.

congrats on the low T. There are people you can see about that.

I had a buddy growing up named Tarik. Cool dude, hot sister, from Eee-rock.

Found out he died of a rare cancer in his late 20s, brutal.

Hope you are doing well bro.

would love to see someone eat 3000 calories of baked chicken.

I get full on the usual serving of chicken (3-4 oz)...which is around 100-150 calories.

You are the keto cult leader though so don't expect anything less from you.

I'm still eating the foods I love (including bread) while having a calorie deficit....while losing weight at a pace that will set me up to keep it off for good. Losing 30 pounds quickly does no good if you gain it back and then some when you eat like a normal person again.

you sound like you have a "I want to speak to your manager" haircut.

Not really. Diet is way more important.

Oh goodness no. Short hair almost always looks worse on a woman than if she had it longer. My long blonde hair is one of my best features (esp now since I'm not as skinny as I once was).

He just always posts on the health board about keto and can't comprehend that there are other ways to lose weight (and keep it off). Different strokes for different folks. If keto works for you great...but it isn't for everyone and isn't the only way to lose weight.

Someone could be asking for advice on how to eat better cause they have cancer and he will try and tell them keto will cure them.
