Why would someone attack a person who has multiple ways to defend that attack, & one of those ways being lethal..

Good shoot. Cop covered his basis. He would've killed that cop with his bare hands.

I know in wrongful conviction cases therapy is offered. This guy must've declined.

I’m confused why the officer didn’t call for back up when the guy was combative from the start. I’m not trying to square off with that big ole baw by myself.

He did call for back up, as soon as he started resisting.

Never can admit fault and always an excuse. Victim to the end.
Meh. Sounds like the deceased really had been a victim and the brother is saying he's mentally ill (certainly looked ill/high in the video).

On the dindu scale, this is pretty tame.

he tries to choke a cop out on camera while taunting him as a bitch. On what planet is that defensible?

Speeding is a misdemeanor in Georgia. As such, it generally carries a punishment which can range up to 12 months of incarceration and a $1,000 fine.

Know the laws before you fight a cop and die on the side of the road.

I believe there were possibly some issues going on, some mental issues with my brother,” Michael Cure said of his slain brother. “I know him quite well. The officer just triggered him, undoubtedly triggered him. It was excitement met with excitement.
he triggered him alright

The guy tried to kill someone and you are here defending him?

On the dindu scale, you hit it out of the park.

What’s amazing is the amount of people I’ve seen on social media(left leaning)blaming the cop and saying the shooting was race related. These dumb fricks never stop.

They bitch if the cop just shoots, they bitch if the cop uses 2 less lethal weapons before shooting and then they say the cop escalated the situation.

How they watch that entire video and have that thought makes me regret bringing kids into this world.

I hope that officer is okay - he looked pretty wobbly for a while.
He will need a lot of help for a long time after this experience.
