Also, never mind the fact that there are a lot of people in the work force and already on boards of directors who are LGBT and perhaps don't want to have that aspect of their life known and advertised.

I fully expect China to follow this important step towards equality and require all Chinese corporations to appoint one Uigher to their boards.
