Players being hurt/not wanting to come and his subsequent roster decisions set him up for failure here. This was the most damn January camp lineup outside of January you could fricking dream of. Not one damn locked on starter in the XI last night to start that match. Both fullbacks were fricking lost. Arfsten can't defend and he doesn't offer nearly enough in attack to warrant his inclusion. He gets into good spots in the final third but no end product. We looked like a bunch of guys who had never pressed before. Counter that to throwing on Luna, Big Pat, Tillman, Ream and the energy and tenacity immediately changed.

Not saying Poch carries zero blame at all. Just saying I think we are seeing more guys right now prove why they shouldn't be near this team than we are seeing otherwise.

That XI should be playing the likes of Qatar's B team in January - not the Swiss A team gearing up for WC qualifiers
I’m 36’ in and wow this is bad. My expectations were low and I’m still disappointed.

- Nathan Harriel is a professional soccer player and is terrified to play a simple 15 yard pass with his left foot

- Arfsten has zero defensive awareness. He had his shoulders square to the halfway line as Rodriguez sprinted past him on a long diagonal to get played in on goal.

- No wingers in this group

- This is basically a January camp roster in June
Arfsten is the definition of some frick
Watched the game yesterday and I thought we were the better team for a large portion of the game. Perception of the game is way different if Tillman or Arfsten finish one of those headers. We were a Johnny goof away from drawing a decent near full strength Turkish side with a side consisting of 8 MLS players.

Luca had a good game progressing the ball up the field

Like Cwill said McGlynn had strike the hell out of the ball just not sure how many 1v1s he's gonna ever win out there

Big Pat has the first touch of a concrete wall

Luna has the try shite gene and I'm here for it

Richards had a fantastic game
Yeah I've heard of him will be interesting to see how much run he gets

Also another interest I have in this roster makeup is who the hell plays on the wing in all these matches. We have guys that can do a job there but very few out and out wingers
Guess we are looking at a Miles Robinson at RB situation. Gross.

God I love that kit. And look it's the correct color navy. Crazy concept.

And I really wonder on Nike's side how much money they spend on coming up with new kits each year. I say this because when you have people at home mocking up concept kits that are way better than what you have, it seems like you can run some sort of contest and pick a damn winner and pay them a fraction of what you probably spend on coming up with one on your own
Miller is one of our brighter young prospects right now

I've seen too many groups where both carts drive to the first ball, the guy plays it, and then both carts drive to the next ball, and they play like that all round. Each cart needs to drop off their first guy at their ball, then the 2nd guy drives to his, the first guy hits and should start walking towards the cart and then the cart drives to pick him up after the 2nd guy hits. Its really not that hard. Its cart golfers knew how to manage their pace of play more efficiently we wouldn't have this problem.

Got stuck behind not one by two groups like this at Oak Harbor last week. They would all congregate for every single shot. First group the marshall got them and we played through. Second group we caught up to on 16 and they were completely clueless

He screwed that up but the ball was also hit to the warning track.

Can we decide on a shade of blue and stick to it? Maybe, I dont know, the one that's on our flag :dunno:
Also big thing to consider is that next summer US Soccer is changing the age groups - so instead of all girls born in the year 2016 being in the same age group, the cutoff date will now be August 1st. So whatever age group your daughter will be competing in this fall and next spring, with her late birthday she will stay in that same age group for another year
Gio has been told to find a new club by Dortmund. So if he is out it is because he is doing that and not playing in that tournament IMO
Lovely first touch on that entry pass

My dilemma with 4 kids.

So wait in the presale I can't just buy US tickets I have to get all the games at Seattle for example if I want to see the US?
3 OTs in the first round in 4 years would have to be some sort of record

I wonder how many balls end up in that pond each week on that hole
For me Cam is Dollar General Jameis
I have finally gotten the feel and the swing path of being more in to out and neutral with the driver. However I am still struggling to have those same feels/results with the irons and woods
