How can you verify someone is LGBTQ?

Let's see you suck a dick before we give you your business license.

Well Mr. Johnson your resume is very impressive and your interview went very well, so we just need to dot some Is and cross some Ts and of course the board needs to witness you taking a cock in your arse and then the job is yours

It's like that stupid-fricking law Austin tried to pass mandating sick pay for all Austin companies

I don't remember this. But what companies don't have sick pay?

Watch one member of each board declare they are LGBTQ+

And since women can have penises now, just say you feel like a woman and you don’t have to transition visually to confirm that so...bam.

Any company would declare bankruptcy before giving you a job.

But they’d disable the elevators before you could interview anyway

They’re voting to repeal civil rights legislation in CA next week and it’s going to pass

According to a poll released today, Proposition 16 will likely not pass:

In addition, the poll finds that Proposition 16, which would allow race, gender and ethnicity to factor into public employment, education and contracting decisions, is underwater by 10 percentage points and seemingly unlikely to pass.

Quite a few, as sick pay is not mandatory in TX, like it is in other states.

Hell, one of the companies in our group doesn't - just PTO, which an employee has to use when sick.

lolwut?

California businesses are leaving the state in droves. In just 2018 and 2019—economic boom years—765 commercial facilities left California. This exodus doesn’t count Charles Schwab’s announcement to leave San Francisco next year. Nor does it include the 13,000 estimated businesses to have left between 2009 and 2016.

quote:

The reason? Economics, plain and simple. California is too expensive, and its taxes and regulations are too high. The Tax Foundation ranks California 48th in terms of business climate. California is also ranked 48th in terms of regulatory burdens. And California’s cost of living is 50 percent higher than the national average.

CA companies are definitely leaving.

Our group is one of them, and we're a $100+ MM organization. Not Apple, but not Jim's Tires either.

Alright sir, it says here that you identify as African American. I'm going to have to ask you a few questions just to confirm.

Are you married?

"Yes."

*eyebrow raises, audible "hmmmmm"*

Any children?

"Yes, 3."

*eyebrow back to normal*

How many different mothers of your children?

"3"

*slight smile, "nice"*

One last question for you...credit score?

"460"

Alright! We're all set here! Thanks for your time.

Plenty, but they tend to not compete for or need the cream of the crop.

Also, you have companies like mine that have neither sick leave nor vacation. We just have three weeks of PTO (with more added after years of service) to use for whatever you want.

I feel like we are in a South Park episode. But instead of telling dog don’t be gay, we are encouraging it.
