Fish, if bought at the store, is one of the few things that are sold in a regular meal portion size. So I usually eat all of it.

Someone spilled tuna in the stairwell at my office. 6 floors up and it kept getting worse and worse. Guess I'll take the elevator this afternoon.

Reheat fish in an airfryer or an oven like a sane human being.

The microwave is diabolical.

When I first started practicing, I was with a firm in Sherman Texas. The newest lawyer hired had to do breakfast or lunch at the weekly attorneys' meeting. We had a rare lunch meeting and I decided to cook: swordfish provencal. It was delicious, but it stunk up the entire office. To my knowledge, we never had another lunchtime attorneys' meeting LOL
