Funny how all of you support drinking and driving.

What would happen if you got in a wreck that is your fault and it would result in a DWI?
I have a cousin who had worked for this company for 5 or 6 years. It was a smaller company and he had become friends with the guy who owned it. He got a DWI, it was in the paper (back in the day when people still read the advocate)... I want to say the name of his employer was in the write up.. I could be wrong. It happened on a weekend, he went into work Monday and he was called in the manager's office.. And they let him go. The manager told him.. I forget what he told him, but it was something a long the lines of him not representing the brand of the company or some shite.. Someone else he knew had been trying to get him to go work where they worked so he called them up before leaving the parking lot of the job he was fired from and had a job that he started at the next day.. But my point is, you are responsible for yourself, don't assume your actions will be overlooked.

I guarantee the person who claims 4 and plows into a family was lying and had way more than that (several times more in fact).
There’s no reason to imply that the OP is lying when they say 4 drinks. In the case of someone having literally 4 drinks over a 2+ hour time period, their BAC is going to range from “drunk” to “in the clear” pending gender and body weight. For an OT sized male, more than likely in the clear although some of our lighter males may be more marginal.
Beyond that people running into families tend to be in the .15+ range. You don’t really see the “Left Chilis at 8:15 PM, crashed into an orphanage, blew a 0.082” headline in the news. “x times the legal limit” is what most commonly appears in these types of articles.

I’m around 6’2 210lbs and after 2 old fashions plus 2 coor silver bullets while eating appetizers, bread, 12oz steak with sides over a 2 hour dinner period, I will bet my 401K I can pass any field sobriety test you can throw at me.

I would not drive after having 4 drinks. That is a good way to become unemployed after you get in a wreck and kill someone.
