Decades ago, in one of the big marathons (either NYC or Boston) the favored female runner had diarrhea the whole time. People were handing her toilet paper, she was wiping as she ran and then throwing the paper down and reaching for more. IIRC she won.

Outdoors; not a confined indoor event where competitors run 1 km then do a functional fitness exercise for 8 rounds (so 8 km total and 8 exercises).
So the OP athlete did set a precedent for them disqualifying athletes who do this in an indoor circuit setting.

I’m not saying the competitors aren’t impressive in the same way as the top CrossFit athletes are but the marketing is annoying. I don’t care that he, she, you or they do Hyrox. In the same way I don’t want insta selfies of people working out.
