Like most everyone here, I'm stunned. How anyone could have Reasonable Doubt about this woman is crazy.

The defense has one hour to file a petition with the State Supreme Court to stay the "deadlock / mistrial verdict"

King shite. Assuming they were 11-1 for NGRI, props to that guy for standing his ground.

Agreed but the fact that there was only 1 person is disheartening considering 3 kids were intentionally murdered

So since she already admitted to killing her kids, this is just to decide whether its life in prison or life in a mental facility?

She should have life under the prison

Haven't been that tuned in, but from what I heard is if she is acquitted that she would go to the mental facility until she is "healed".

So she could be a free woman next week if the docs says she is mentally ok now.

No.

If she gets found Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, she's simply not criminally culpable of the act.

Then it becomes a civil commitment issue.

Since her psychosis was allegedly postpartum related and she's over three years beyond birth... she could conceivably walk (roll) after a 40 day evaluation period.

Not guilty means not guilty- then it's just a matter of IF she is BOTH mentally ill AND a danger to herself or others.

What if the mom was “acting” hearing the voices she claimed to hear?

No proof it ever occurred. She could’ve killed the kids and said oh yeah I was hearing voices and that’s just supposed to absolve her of all guilt and punishment for murdering 3 children

Man this world is so messed up

So basically if she walks out the court room and another woman shoots her dead, she can then say she also heard voices and it’s all good. That’s the precedent

Mistrial because of one juror is insane. I have no sympathy whatsoever for Clancy, but if 11/12 say not guilty, that should be that.

Holdout guy is going to have to go into witness protection after this, he will be doxxed and threatened to hell.

This was honestly my first thought. Total fricking hero move on his part to hold her accountable, but we live in an age where people are easily doxxed, usually within a few hours. If he has a family or anything, they’re all going to get death threats and shite from these loons.

When the judge was announcing a mistrial, the camera panned to the killer's face and it looked like she wanted to cry. The one guy that held out is a fricking hero.

Where is she going to be between this and a future new trial?

Kind of ironic that the people defending this woman and what she did are the same ones all equally medicated up to high heaven on antipsychotics and benzos and mood stabilizers who will be the ones popping off on social media and making threats

Why? That’s the definition of “reasonable doubt”

Watch for all 3 men to be doxxed, and hatred to be indiscriminately applied.
