And Floyds attorney is on Foxnews now saying "The family wants 1st degree murda". Apparently, his amberlamps chasing law degree doesn't make him realize they would never get a conviction for pre meditation and 1st degree.

Yep. They won't be happy until they charge themselves out of a guilty verdict. Then, they will scream and cry and riot all over again without having the care or intelligence to know why, a seemingly slam dunk case, went to shite.

Hard to see how someone can get a license to practice law when they don’t even know the difference between 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree murder.
I guess ‘first degree murder’ just sounds better and more pleasing to the mob, so why not just throw it out there.

You lose credibility with the jurors when you pursue a conviction on a completely frivolous charge.

Establishing intent to kill seems almost impossible in this situation. This plus the examiners report set up an easy defense.

Glad to see the other 3 get arrested. But I sure hope the DA is not getting too greedy here And mess up and lose the case
