Earlier this week, District Court Judge Brad Myers recused Judge Gail Horne Ray from presiding over the trial after the family of Madison Brooks expressed concerns about Ray’s impartiality.

The case has been put on hold until the result of Ray’s appeal to the First Circuit. The appeal is due by Dec. 5, unless an extension is granted.
Carver’s lawyer told WAFB he intends to appeal the decision that removed Judge Ray from the case.
A trial date will reportedly be set after Jan. 7, when the appeal’s status is reviewed.
Any trial, whether with Ray or Crifasi, will be a bench trial.

I haven't bet LSU all year and I bet 10-20 games a week. Looking back, I guess the under in every game would've been the way to go. It's 44.5 for this game right now.
