re: Noah's Ark found?
Posted by JDPndahizzy on 5/15/25 at 9:04 am
I think the story of Noah is more about faith than a flood. God told him to build this ark in a region that was in drought for years.
The entire time Noah was building the Ark, which took a very long time, he was being ridiculed by everyone. He questioned his own faith many times but had enough to heed God's word and build the Ark.

The only accurate answer is you will NEVER know how much she spends on her beauty.

Jesus dude.. I'm not trying to fight with you. I simply stated that backing up at 24 mph in a slight curve is hard.. You do you..

Again, do you know for a fact there were no tire tracks in the yard?
You know that if they found tire tracks in the yard it would be a major part of this case.

Do you know that there weren't tire tracks in the yard? I don't even think she hit him, but your whole idea that this is all bullshite strictly because there is a slight curve in the road is weird. Stick to the facts that prove that he wasn't hit by a car.
You're the one making the case that she could've backed up in a curve with no problem!!
I was simply pointing out that it would be harder to do this maneuver in a slight curve.

Y'all are thinking way to much into the who there's no way she could have backed up 60ft because of the curve... This is a screenshot of 60 ft from the flagpole. It's not a very big curve at all.
If your line is center of vehicle her passenger side tires would be in the yard. If your line is passenger side tires you should start your line on the curb. Either way she'd end up in the yard. Presumably wet yard. Remember it also takes time and distance to STOP going 24 mph.. I don't remember hearing anything about tires tracks in the yard.

I cannot believe this meteorologist is still on the stand discussing windchill. The jury must be holding their eyelids up at this point.
I was gonna ask if i missed anything with the weather man's testimony.. I guess not?

So O'keefe was missing a shoe that was never found?
He was searing one shoe and they found the other one near him close to the street.

I love how the judge asks the jurors every morning if they discussed the case with anyone, or if they saw or heard anything about the case? They all say no..
I would imagine that would almost be impossible at this point.

Interesting tidbit I just tried - Google maps 34 Fairview in Canton and they blurred out the house but the flagpole and the gate are both visible.
Holy shite I just realized something else after looking at the street view... The prosecution is claiming she went in reverse at 24mph to hit okeefe. That would put her approximately at the southern neighbors driveway at a distance to gain that kind of speed in reverse.. The street has a slight curve in it there!!! You ever tried to back up straight at 24mph?? Now try it in a curve!! This is bullshite!!
The defense should definitely bring this up in their reenactment.

With proof? The cop that was fired, was he proven to be corrupt in this case?
I guess the term corrupt would need to be defined, but yes he was fired because of his investigation.
Wiki defines it as:
quote:
Corruption is a form of dishonesty or a criminal offense that is undertaken by a person or an organization that is entrusted in a position of authority to acquire illicit benefits or abuse power for one's gain.
I don't think trooper Proctor acquired illicit benefits or personal gain but the defense is the "big blue wall".. So to me it makes sense.
Google says this is why he was fired:
quote:
Proctor was dishonorably discharged in March after a state police trial board found that he had violated agency rules when he sent derogatory messages and shared sensitive and confidential details with non-law enforcement personnel.
You make your own call...... I can be persuaded that the defense has a case of corruption and coverup.

That’s pretty much what their defense is.

They did a backward calculation of her BAC at 1245 am to be between 120 and 280, I believe. That calculation takes into account variations in weight and alcohol elimination rates. Bitch was shite faced.
At first I figured she was in a blackout and didn’t remember hitting him. This would explain why she was predisposed to blaming herself the next morning and for telling Jen McCabe she left okeefe at the waterfall bar.
Then I started watching the trials and seeing all of the blatant lies getting exposed on cross examination. Why would everyone be lying so much if they had nothing to do with it? Destroyed phones, deleted searches, lied to the FBI, etc…
It’s a quandary for sure. I do know one thing, I’d never be able to vote guilty with all the reasonable doubt already exposed in this second trial and the defense hasn’t even presented their case yet!
