How is it possible to find a nonbias jury at this point?

I’m pretty unbiased as long as we can all agree George Floyd was a piece of shite human being who was a criminal and scumbag who starred in pornos.

I ain’t gonna listen to that “good boy” BS.

Bingo. Whether people like it or not, mitigating factors are starting to mount.

Placating. They may charge themselves out of a guilty verdict if they aren't careful.

Yep but maybe more evidence came to light we arent privy to. However this country is going to go bananas if they are found not guilty which I dont see how.

Errerrwere is so mad right now. He's somewhere defending this cop and saying he didn't actually kill Floyd.

a jury in Minnesota apparently has all options in play... even if the charge is 2nd degree murder... he could be acquitted on that but still found guilty of a lesser charge (say... 3rd degree murder or manslaughter)

just to help get all information out there

The day before the verdict is announced, everyone needs to go load up on booze and food in the case that a non guilty verdict is called. Don't want to leave the house for a while if that happens

If you can just list everything out there under the moon why even have charges listed? I mean why not 1st degree everytime? Then just come down with manslaughter? Seems absurd to be able to go after a greater charge just because.

Geez, it's almost like they don't want a conviction and they want a second round of protest/riots.

Getting chosen for this jury would be the absolute worst timeline.

I may walk in front a car before that happens.

He was subdued before even crossing the street. We all know this by now.

Non-premeditated murder, but intent to kill

Seems like that's going to be pretty hard to prove. I would think manslaughter or the previous charge would be the way to go.

No way in hell that cop was intentionally trying to kill Floyd. He's a scumbag and deserves murder 3 but this is gonna result in a non conviction.
