They also face a justice system that doesn't provide them the benefit of the doubt when they're the victims of negligence, particularly when their injuries are the fault of white drivers. This only furthers the need for them to seek immediate medical care and obtain documentation of their injuries. Factor in the systemic bias in insurance claims processing (which discounts the harm experienced by black Americans in favor of antiquated white-dominated systems like medical records, etc.) - it's a recipe for injustice.
LMAO
Or it’s just most accidents yield no injuries other than whiplash but blacks are more likely to sue for a quick payday and make up complete BS about injuries and go to the ER complaining of neck/back pain.
I’ve seen them do this after a fender bender in a parking lot. And they almost always win in court so don’t give me that BS about a biased justice system. If anything, it’s the businesses, insurance companies and middle to upper class whites getting fricked over

Is because of their history of oppression. It’s made them more susceptible to auto injuries.
Everything disproportionately effects block people, and it’s your fault.

It's all about the money. How many people have some sort of pending settlement? How many people do you know with a pending settlement? I know one person with one. I have never had one, yet I have been crashed into twice.
Break all that down by race... And you get probably the same results as the data in op.

Is that before or after they call Morris, Gordon, Murphy, The Sledgehammer, etc.

Yep, that was spot on. Of course, it was sarcasm, but he nailed it.

At the OP link I saw another ridiculous example of cancel culture. I think it’s been posted before. 13 years ago actual Africans painted her body with what they use to protect their bodies from climate, and now she has to apologize.
If she had declined to do ceremony and let them dress her and apply the pigment she would have been viewed as racist and intolerant.

The pictures show Viscuso, from Roswell New Mexico, dressed in east African tribal attire and her skin coloured from the neck down in what appears to be Otjize, a pigment – made out of butterfat and ochre - used by the Himba community of Namibia to protect themselves from harsh climate.
They were taken when she was appearing in a 2008 MTV reality show where she spent time with an African tribe in Namibia who dressed her in native clothing as part of an initiation ceremony.

I remember once in Destin many years ago we were in heavy traffic and a Mercedes barely bumped a POS car in front of it. A giant black lady immediately comes boiling out of the car holding her neck acting like she is agony.

I’m sure none of this would involve constantly riding in the left lane, blasting rap music too loud or scrolling through their Instagram while driving

When I was a kid my friend and me had this joke where if we fell down or anything happened to us we would get up holding our neck and say in an ethnic accent “I hope you have good insurance” like a big mama getting out of her car after a fender bender.
Childhood memories in the Deep South.

Might have a connection to all those personal injury advertisements which are obviously targeted toward the AA community. Naaaah... never mind. Couldn’t be. That’s just my “raycissm” talking again, prolly.
