Acadian Ambulance is getting a shite load of tax dollars to provide Medicaid recipients ambulance rides to the ER for stubbed toes. That’s why the a-hole that owns the company supported JBE. Scumbag POS.

Hence General Midcity closing their ER for years.

Imagine what the ER room at BR Mid-City looked like when it was open, with the ER being located in such close proximity to North Baton Rouge.

Insurance Lawyers make big bank from the insurance settlements and their clients :ahem: are dumb enough to do the unnecessary surgeries to back up their fake injuries.

Short answer: if a black person experiences any hardship in their life or if they do bad shite, the reasoning is always... RAYCISSM.

I remember once in Destin many years ago we were in heavy traffic and a Mercedes barely bumped a POS car in front of it. A giant black lady immediately comes boiling out of the car holding her neck acting like she is agony.

Those people that are dumb enough to use billboard lawyers possess IQ’s less than 30. It’s the ghetto lottery for many. Take a stroll on Government St towards DT, and you’ll pass by Chiropractic clinics with NBR folks waiting in line to see these Chiropractors that are working for, and in cahoots with the Spencer Callahans, Gordon McKernan’s ect ect.

It’s just another way for those folks to habitually scam the system.

A couple of my former students worked as ER nurses at the old Earl K. Long when it was open. They had stories that would make your head spin.

This is only part of it, but they are far more likely to visit ERs for minor things because ERs can't turn away uninsured folks.

People with toxoplasmosis infections are more likely to be involved in car accidents and black people in the United States are more likely to have toxoplasmosis infections, so maybe that's a big part of it too.

True story.

About 13 years ago I ran into the back of someone on the interstate in my wife’s Volkswagen Beetle. I was on my way home from being at work for almost 30 hours, and I lost focus or dosed off to wake up right before I hit him. We can ignore the fact that my cruise was set on 72 and he was driving 60 in the left hand lane on I-12 at 4 am. It was some van, much larger vehicle. I tapped him so lightly that it barely scratched my bumper.

We pulled over, I called the cops. Dude was pissed when i told him police are on the way. Excuses, bullshite, blah. DS police show up, I give my info and insurance. Dude is being an arse “You gon make me miss work mayn.” Cop asks for his info. Gives him license and registration. Asks for insurance. Dude proceeds to flop on ground complaining about “my back! My back is fricked up!” Ambulance is called, he’s taken to ER.

Cop looks at me and apologizes. “I’m sorry. You have no idea how often this happens.”

Dude clearly had no insurance and ended up suing my policy for limits of liability and fricking won. It’s a shocker our insurance rates are so damn high.

Anytime you are involved in an automobile accident with black people. They are going to the hospital. Even if it's their fault they are going to try to sue you.

I just got back from an extended road trip.

In short, the ambulance chasing attorneys basically didn’t have any billboards until we hit St. Louis. From there to Louisiana (through Memphis and Jackson) it was wall to wall advertising. The demographics for the preceding ELEVEN states were different than that from the end of the trip.

In short, there seems to be a high degree of personal injury attorneys in areas with sizable black populations.

No chance she isn’t having neck pain
