It's called camping.

That's not what's going on here, champ.

Nomadic family or female life has never been a part of American culture. This ain't Kenya and Portland's a lot nastier than the Sahel.

I don’t mind the bag ordinance but the homeless, parking , sanctuary city crap sucks . The homeless family’s for the most part get help . The large majority don’t want it . It would mean getting up and going to work not stoned or drunk.

If bringing in an empty bag is that difficult for you, I'd recommend never leaving the house without a helmet.

Bingo, winner. Large cities in the US are becoming like East and West Germany before Reagan told Gorbachev to tear down the wall.

I count 15 shovel ready jobs cleaning up that 'location' but they aren't all wearing the same color hat/helmet. Wonder if they are expecting junk to fall from the trees and sky/

I was in austin a couple of weeks ago and rode my bicycle all over downtown and under I-35 back to the east side where I was staying and I never noticed any homeless camps. I'm sure they were there but it didn't affect me.

Only if you lived there.

I had a bum messing around with my boat.

Walked out and he says he's just taking a piss. So I said bullshite and if you don't leave instantly I'll be pissing on your head.

Gotta realize that pretty much every part of the world has its' own Nomadic Culture. Europe has Gypsies, ME has Bedouins, AU has the indigenous peoples, NA had several nomadic Indian tribes, SA has indigenous peoples that never settle permanently, Africa has some wandering natives too, the Mongols in Asia.

2 different lifestyles that the world over have always looked down upon each other. The established look down on the wanderers while the wanderers look down on the settled. They are just 2 different mindsets unable to comprehend one another.

You completely do not understand the situation.

These aren't "nomadic" people, these are people setting up shop on a street corner and moving only when forced to. They aren't following fricking herds of buffalo and living off the land, they're staying stationary and living off the guilt of others who work for a fricking living.

Nah I mean having a homeless guy show me the best spots and techniques to panhandle. And where the homeless women are.

Need someone with homeless experience to conduct the tour.

I’ve spent quite a lot of time in Austin, Seattle, Portland, LA, Denver over the last couple years. Never noticed any homeless camps, a couple here and there but nowhere near the scale of what yall are saying. Yall sure you’re not making a mountain out of a molehill?

Plus, the QOL in those cities is still fantastic. Go 30 minutes outside of any of those cities and you’re in some of the most beautiful areas in the US and world at times. Stay out of downtown and I doubt you’ll be troubled by homeless at all.

I don't really pay attention to the price to be honest.

Don't know about Boston, but the bags are pretty high quality so I use them for all sorts of stuff afterwards.

Residential? That's by choice. You can get a larger one if you want.

I don't know how people make the little ones work for a family, even if they are using up their recycling and compost bins.

I'm all for removing the homeless problem, but seeing this small child in those conditions is heartbreaking.
