The bond I shared with my father is something I will always cherish. I'll be damned if I dont do my best to recreate that bond with my son

Well those are the dads who raised (or failed to) the boomers who became hippies and have subsequently absolutely fricked this country for future generations.

Look at the graph. Look at the increase from ‘65 to ‘90. That’s a significant increase

You haven't done a good job explaining why it's a negative though.

Broken families are the biggest concern. Every kid needs a mother and a father at home.

Yes. That's why there are so many pussies today. They need to be on their own and figure shite out themselves.

You can still make a good living at a skilled trade like electrician, plumber, finishing carpenter, etc... It is more difficult now though with all the damn rules and taxes to be paid that it damn near requires a law degree to open any business like that.

Considering my son currently lives with his mom two hours away, I will take all the time I can get, so no I don't think you can spend too much time with your kids.

Just b/c you see it in a meme on Political Talk doesn’t mean it’s common. I’m not saying it doesn’t happen but I’ve never seen a man holding his kid like in your initial post or wearing a baby back pack and I spend pretty much most of my days out in the public.

no shite.
Broken families are a hell of a lot less likely to occur with more involved fathers.
Like someone else just posted, you haven’t really done a good job at explaining why fathers spending more time with their kids is a problem.
