It's really just the CA government that sucks...

I spend a good amount of time in SoCal and I love it. Had the opportunity to relo there, but there was no way I was going to do it based on CA political decisions and taxes.

Why the hell can't the SanFran Bay Area rid the city of the feces infestation and the plague of homeless if they have such a large economy?

SanFran is a fricking septic tank and the local government refuses to do anything about it.
