I never call them that, FWIW. I like the fact that there is once again actual fire in the series. Him leaving there for LSU rekindled what was once one of the classic annual matchups in the south. I remember the days when Rebel flags were waving in Tiger Stadium and the OM band played Dixie.....before everyone fell to hyper sensitivity and banished Ole Col Reb. :lol:
Clearly the fire has returned.
Anyway, let's be honest- in the age of NIL, it doesn't always matter who leaves or stays. Recent history proves that. I think Lane has proven he can work the portal at least as good or better than most. Maybe Pete can as well.
