Sad that you don’t get charged for murdering a man if you do it in a taco restaurant but if you’re one of americas greatest treasures and you’re just doing your job you go to jail

If he’s going to handle firearms and be responsible for everything that happens on set, he should become a gun expert or hire an expert and not a diversity hire. You leftist never want to been held accountable for your actions. He killed a fricking women and your pulling on the excuses

You won't get an answer to this.

I have faith in Bojangles. He's going to support his argument. (pretty sure I already know what he's going to say)

I don’t know the facts of this case. Are we wanting him to pay becuase a loudmouthed hardcore lib who goes off about gun control all the time or did he really do something illegal?
I want him to be charged like a normal American would.

No other American would be defended and allowed to skate by with the argument of “I thought it was unloaded” or “he told me it was unloaded”.

Celebrities aren’t special.

Until every other person who was charged in a similar situation is released or has their records cleared, Baldwin should be treated the exact same.

You don't need to be a "gun expert" it is plainly obvious to anyone with a functioning brain. And if you aren't sure, again, you're a fricking adult, turn to the "expert" and ask. It's literally life or death so you'd think you would want to educate yourself just a little.

honest take on why he lied to the FBI about pulling the trigger.
I imagine it was denial as a coping mechanism because he had just taken someone’s life. He may have even convinced himself in the fog that he never pulled the trigger.

I’m not one to defend the guy, I think he bears responsibility both as a producer and a someone who handled the gun. I get relying on professionals to handle and prepare weapons on set, but he’s still the one holding the weapon and bears responsibility on how he operates it.

Heard that Baldwin got an offer to play fauci in an upcoming biopic since he has first hand real life experience with administering fatal shots

Sure you’re not. Only leftist and women are this ignorant about gun safety. It appears that you fit that description and that’s exactly who was on that set

Reasonable response. And I could POSSIBLY buy it, in the very initial aftermath.

But IMO, that defense doesn't fly in the months of ongoing investigation, well after the "fog" has worn off. Even if he initially made a mistake, he chose to "die with the lie", instead of coming clean.

Involuntary Manslaughter in New Mexico is a fourth-degree felony with sentencing up to 18 months in prison and probation.

There was no reason for Baldwin to point a loaded weapon at the cinematographer and pull the trigger.

Your ignorance is showing. Nobody cares THAT he is a liberal. We care because he is a loudmouth that always bellyaches about gun control, then he shot someone.

Hope you didn't pay much for your law degree, this does not mean he gets a pass.

Completely incorrect. Do not pass go, do not take $2.

He's either trolling or a moron - I don't which one. A blank and an actual round look nothing alike. It's like a Big Wheel vs a 911.
