Thanks, but I get my coffee on the inside. At home

I’d never drink that. Way too unhealthy. I’ll stick with my whiskey, wine, beer everyday instead.

The FDA recommends that people consume no more than 50 grams of added sugar per day, or about 12.5 teaspoons, if they consume 2,000 calories per day

Back in the early 2000's it was considered odd for someone to drink a coffee black. Now its a straight anomaly - I went to a waffle house a few weeks ago and the waitress was shocked when I waved off her offer of sugar, sweeteners, and creamers. Looked over and the dude at the end of the counter had a pile of sugars and creamers in front of him. Sad. Waffle House coffee is delicious just as it is.

It always makes me sad to see you people policing fat bodies. I wish people of size had someone to advocate for their civil rights, a MXLK if you will.

Dunkin Donuts is gross. I’d rather get three times of the daily recommended sugar amount at a local place.

the FDA recommends 50gr of sugar per day

And there's food and drink like that everywhere.
Go stand in a convienence store or gas station. Try to find ONE healthy thing to eat in there. Just one. Nothing but sugar and fat. Chips, candy bars, pizza, etc. Just junk.
I eat it tho...

cool
but its also factually incorrect to say that the FDA says this drink is fine when its literally 3x the amount of daily added sugar that the FDA recommends

quote:Well you are comparing the 32oz Dunkin’ drink to the 16oz CFA
it's nearly two milkshakes CFA Chocolate milkshake: 590 calories 90 grams carbs 87 grams sugar
The 16 Dunkin’s drink is:
630 calories
103 carbs
97 sugars
So in line with the CFA

If the average American followed the FDA diet exactly they would be far skinnier and far healthier
