I've already had covid and it was a nonevent, why would I get a vaccination not approved by the fda?

Yeah but how long is that going to protect you?

Also I realize the same can be said about the vaccine at this point

Am I to understand that there is no actual database being kept?

In MS my 2nd shot was cancelled twice due to the ice/snow event. Both times it was cancelled I got several automated texts, phone calls, and emails telling me my appt was rescheduled. So yeah they have a database.

Lolno.

All 50 states now maintain some kind of immunization registry.

I think so.

Which is incredibly stupid. And unfortunately my pharmacist has the handwriting of a doctor. Can barely make out my name.

They have it from the chip that is implanted in you.

Each state has a database. If you lose the card you have to contact the state health department.

is there a database for other vaccinations?

There is no national organization that maintains vaccination records. The CDC does not have this information. The only records that exist are the ones you or your parents were given when the vaccines were administered and the ones in the medical record of the doctor or clinic where the vaccines were given.

did you register for a time and date? if so that would most likely be a database.

Yes, there is. The state department of health has a record that has all of your vaccines. I got mine in the mail with vaccines from the 80’s.

That undertaking would be close to the IRS/SS database. Not to mention the magnitude, not in the budget. The IRS continues to update a system based from the 60’s!! Laminate you card & move on.

The state keeps records
You can request a copy if you want it

Exactly.

I wish this had been a thing for decades. It would have saved me tons of heartache and time getting records when needing medical records and vaccine proofs for numerous visas for overseas travel to countries with special requirements.

My vaccination was recorded in my Louisiana vaccination record like all my other vaccination. I can get an official record by requesting from my Doctor's office.
