It's a security storm door. The special screws are used to deter a burglar from easily removing the screws to break into your house.

Is the garage attached to the dwelling? If yes it would be covered under the dwelling coverage. If not attached it will be covered under other structures coverage. Do you need to increase dwelling or other structures limits?

Take the spark plug(s) out & see if it will turn over. A leaking carb can cause fuel to leak into the cylinder causing the engine to hydro lock.

Take the belt off and spin all the deck pulleys to see if the bearings roll smoothly. If the bearings are good it's probably a fuel issue. Starving for fuel when you need power to the deck.

If they own their home. You could file a liability claim w their home owners insurance. The video evidence should be enough to get you paid.

Take a look at the HDX 77 Gallon tote w wheels from Home Depot. It's bigger & only $60. I use it mostly for beach stuff and dry storage in back of truck when going on road trips. I do zip tie the lid on for extra protection to prevent lid from blowing off.

I put Sevin dust in a squirt bottle I got a Walmart. Put a flexible drinking straw on the squirt bottle. Stick straw in carpenter bee hole and squeeze a shot of the Sevin dust in the holes.
