Waiting to see if HO & Umbrella policy also have huge premium increase at renewal date.

I buy a lot of stuff from HF but the 90 warranty on a pressure washer from HF would be a deal breaker. If the price & specs are the same buy one from TSC, Sams, Costco, HD, or Lowes with a 2 year warranty. I would guess 90% of home owner low end pressure washers fail due the pump & not engine related.

Every HO policy or pool endorsement I have read in my 40 years of claims experience says nothing about which side a fence should face with or without a pool.
