re: Daikin air condition units

Daikin acquired Goodman in August 2012 for $3.7 billion. This purchase transformed Daikin into the world’s largest HVAC manufacturer by securing a dominant position in the North American residential market.
Rebranding: Effective April 1, 2022, the corporate entity was renamed Daikin Comfort Technologies North America, Inc. to unify its brand identity.
Key Brands: Under this ownership, Daikin manages the Goodman, Amana, and Quietflex HVAC lines.
Facilities: Operations are consolidated at the Daikin Texas Technology Park in Houston, a 4.1 million square foot facility opened in 2017.

I have a 2022 Frontier. First Nissan I've ever owned. Have had 0 issues with it. Only thing that takes some getting used to is the steering is kinda "heavy"
The Nissan Frontier is one of the only midsize pickup trucks that retains hydraulic power steering, distinguishing it from nearly all competitors that have switched to electric power steering (EPS).
Competitors: The Toyota Tacoma, Ford Ranger, Chevrolet Colorado, and Honda Ridgeline all utilize electric power steering systems.
Unique Position: As of the 2026 model year, the Frontier remains the sole midsize truck offering a traditional hydraulic rack-and-pinion setup across all trims.
Trade-offs: This system provides heavier steering effort and a wider turning radius compared to EPS rivals, but is praised by some users for offering better off-road feedback and mechanical durability.

Gave one of the most honest assessments Ive heard of heroin use.... Beard explains that he had different reasons for taking different drugs, saying "the pills thing came about just from the workload. And the heroin thing came about because I just liked it. I mean, you ever done heroin? It's great. It's a fricking vacation for the mind, and I liked it. I liked it a lot."
ZZ Top drummer Frank Beard stated in the documentary ZZ Top: That Little Ol’ Band From Texas: "I never had enough money to be a proper addict until, you know, ’77, and then I accomplished that.”
He further clarified that he spent his first major $72,000 paycheck entirely on drugs, including LSD and heroin, noting that he previously lacked the financial means to sustain such habits before achieving success with the band.
Just had a thunerstorm at my crib in Northssippi. Temp dropped from 101 to 75 in minutes. May have to put on my turtleneck sweater
re: Who here has ever used a fire extinguisher during a street brawl?
Posted by weadjust on 8/14/26 at 7:36 pm to BigDropper
Back when I was a bartender in college. A drunk guy grabbed the fire extinguisher off the wall, jumped up on the bar and let it rip. White fog filled the whole bar. That white powder is the most bitter thing I have ever tasted and really dried out my mouth. When the fog settled beer sales spiked
Last info I saw on her. Her bond required her to not leave AL. She filed something w the court asking to be allowed to go to Nashville for a previously scheduled "Business Convention" which was code for an Only Fans film session.

The burden of proof is on the plumber. The only written documentation is the original quote. That's why most States require a signed contract to get a mechanics lien. No written contract is on the plumber.

IF Flock only records car tags and car images. How would a flock camera pointed at a splash pad reduce crime?

verbal agreements are often insufficient to support a lien on a home

Flock now claims an accuracy rate of 96% under optimal conditions.
Following up on complaints about Flock Safety flagging vehicles incorrectly, the police department of Roseville, California, ran its own analysis of the cameras, studying nearly 1,500 Flock reports. They found an astonishing 71% failure rate, where the cameras would mistake one license plate number for another.
This is a stark contrast to Flock’s own claims — sort of. The company reports that independent evaluations show its cameras have a 96% vehicle count accuracy rating, while correctly categorizing 92% into vehicle types. But accurately recognizing vehicles is a far cry from accurately reading license plates, which Flock doesn’t provide much data on.

what's the difference between a patrol officer running a plate and getting a false positive and one triggered by a flock camera. It's the same result.
A cop running the plate isn't likely to mistake a O & 0 or 7 & 2 which happens with Flock

Law enforcement sources say Fortune was living with Anderson and they quarreled on the Saturday before her body was found. Detectives said Anderson is a person of interest in the Fortune death investigation.
JPD arrested Anderson Tuesday and charged him with being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Do you hate your boss or ex spouse?
Steal a random car tag. Wait 30-60 days for the stolen tag # to get in the flock system. Put stolen tag on your targets car. That's going to be tough to explain when they get pulled over.

I have a male that dominates one feeder. This is his 3rd year returning to my feeders and stays from spring to fall. He must have a wing defect because when he turns on the after burners it makes a different sound than the other hummers. Its kind of whirring sound instead of the normal hummer sound. That's the only reason I can tell it's the same bird. Doesn't seem to slow him down any. Sounds like he has a turbo

re: How do you rinse your mouth after brushing? Hand? Cup? Or face to faucet?
Posted by weadjust on 8/2/26 at 8:42 pm to sidewalkside
You are not supposed to rinse your mouth with water immediately after brushing your teeth.
Preserve Fluoride: Rinsing washes away the concentrated fluoride in toothpaste, which is essential for strengthening enamel and preventing tooth decay. The NHS and other dental organizations recommend simply spitting out excess toothpaste to allow the fluoride to remain on the teeth
