My great grandfather lived from 1893-1986 or 103 years. I was 23 when he died. Every year we had a family reunion on his birthday. My mom always made me go. She would say you have to go its probably Papa's last birthday. I went to his last birthday party about 20 times :lol:

When AT&T ran fiber in my hood. They didn't mess up any yards. The only place they disturbed the grass was where they installed the access boxes in the ground every few houses. They dug a hole for the boxes 1'x2' sized. Put the box in & put back the grass around the box where needed.

Got a great deal on a 2003 Snapper 28" with 2 rear bagging set ups, a de-thatcher attachment and a mulching cover for the deck for $650. Looks almost new.

Grass clippings build up in the low spots on the deck around the spindles. Clippings retain moisture causing rust. Hose off the deck or blow the clippings off with your leaf blower after mowing to extend deck life.

It's a security storm door. The special screws are used to deter a burglar from easily removing the screws to break into your house.

Is the garage attached to the dwelling? If yes it would be covered under the dwelling coverage. If not attached it will be covered under other structures coverage. Do you need to increase dwelling or other structures limits?

Take the spark plug(s) out & see if it will turn over. A leaking carb can cause fuel to leak into the cylinder causing the engine to hydro lock.

Take the belt off and spin all the deck pulleys to see if the bearings roll smoothly. If the bearings are good it's probably a fuel issue. Starving for fuel when you need power to the deck.
