Fair point, but I'm just a middle age loser on the internet who no one listens to anyway.

And if solid evidence comes out that the teens were wholly innocent and not out to rob or attack or harass the man, and he just shot them for no reason, I'll condemn him roundly and say string him up.

But the media won't change their narrative no matter what evidence is presented.

So I'm at least not them

They moved away when he pulled the gun. He should have let them go and if they still came at him then shot.

He fricked up. I’m not going to call him a scary bitch but he fricked up.

Liberals don’t care, Rittenhouse tried to disengage how many times and they still went after him, clear as day on video.

Still locked him up with no bond, made him go through with a trial.

Agreed. He just reacted and committed immediately.

Which makes me think there had been a prior intersection to give him concern

Dude is toast.

Best case is they said something to him that was a valid threat, and even then there's no audio to prove it.

I mean you had them pegged as guilty, feral thugs before you even knew which one of them actually got shot so it doesn’t sound like you’re much better, you know?

Sadly all too typical with way too many people on here.

Not even specifically about the racial angle. They just reflexively jump to the most extreme form of the opposite position the media takes. Zero critical thinking or logic involved. Zero awareness that they’re making it easy for the side they hate to justify its own hyperbole.

Just pure hysteric emotion, no impulse control, really no mental maturity whatsoever. Overgrown children.

One of the guys he shot was standing 10 feet away and wasn’t advancing towards him. It also wasn’t clear that he had a weapon.

The shooter is in trouble, IMO.

"I felt threatened for my life" I think he's good when it comes out that these youths have a record of robbing and violence.

From that video he's fricked. I would need to see a lot more of something happening earlier that made him fear for his life. Or he has prior history with these guys that made him think he had to reason to fear for his life.

The crew behind them was in on it as well and why did the white car stop? Looks like green man drops something from his right hand just after he drops the bag. Guy was ready when he skinned that smoke wagon. He tried to rob Doc Holliday's great great grandson. He was no daisy.

There is more to this story for sure. Not saying he gets off, but this wasn't those fellows and ladies first rodeo. Not sure if he was just well prepared or went Death Wish on their asses for terrorizing his damn park.

That shite might work in Mississippi in the 1950's with an all white jury, but my guess is, this guys fooked.

He was way too aggressive over what looked like nothing.
