Takes away bitterness. Gives it a more mellow flavor. If it taste salty, that's way to much. Err on the side of underdoing it with the salt.

I agree. Petrino showed us we were right about Arkansas' potential. And I think the NIL gives us an even better chance, but it will take an excellent coach with an eye for talent. There is ZERO reason for us to settle for less when Indiana can win a NC in football. NC's are incredibly hard to come by but we should be competitive and at least strive to make the playoffs from time to time.
