I'm a fan of boron and creatine but aren't those doses too much? I weigh 215 and take 10g of creatine and 10mg of boron daily. Should I really increase it?

Here is what chat gpt said about it not being coveted much...
Internationally, the coverage has been more restrained. Some Western outlets have referred to the perpetrators as "gunmen" or "militants" rather than labeling them as "terrorists," which has led to accusations of downplaying the religious and ideological motivations behind the attack. Critics argue that this terminology reflects a reluctance to confront the role of Pakistan-based groups in the incident .
Underreporting and Selective Coverage
Despite the media attention, some aspects of the attack have not been extensively covered. For instance, the specific targeting of Hindu tourists and the group's claimed affiliation with Pakistan-based militants have received limited international focus. This selective coverage has raised questions about media priorities and biases, especially when compared to the extensive reporting on other global conflicts.

Good suggestion. Just watched the first episode and I could see me really getting into this too.

For years my BIL would lay honey buns across his dashboard of his truck to let the sun heat them up while he worked. He would 3 or 4 a day.
fricker is still skinny as hell. I hate him.
My dad is the same way. Eats honey buns, fast food, drinks beer every day and still skinny as hell.

What upside? He has zero elite physical tools. Not a good athlete, not a good arm, not good in the pocket, didn't win a ton of games, didn't play elite competition...where exactly is the upside?
I can't stand him but he is good in the pocket and has pretty good accuracy. What he did the year before last with that trash offensive line was impressive. With that said, I hope he drops to the 3rd round.

They were too turned on by that longer wingspan than Lebron James. You can tell he doesn't have the work ethic.
