That's a bad one. Not saying the youths weren't planning something, but that video isn't going to prove they were. Way too quick of a response with deadly force. If you slow it down I think it looks even worse.
It almost looks like he set up there to bait someone into robbing him so he could drop them but got a little too quick on the draw

Looked to me like one of the Utes bumped him when he was working on his bike and he fired on them. This had undoubtedly been brewing all day. Regardless, there was no “attack” and he is probably looking at jail time.
