Criminals dead and no innocent people dead. This one is clean.

What I want to know is why did the other police vehicles have factory speed limiters on them ? You'd think they would order them without that or have it tuned.

Some states require their Cop cars to be speed limited for public safety. And some states are really strict on when pits can be used. In Arkansas it's balls to the walls, no limit. But a lot of blue states won't let you pit over like 60 mph.

identify two of them: Jabril Cheevers and Lawrence McClendon Jr., both Newberry High School students.
McLendon was a sophomore defensive back for the football team[/quote]

Growing up in a death culture. So messed up:
“Jabril Cheevers and Lawrence McClendon Jr., both Newberry High School students.
McClendon is also the brother of Jermaine Godbolt, an 18-year-old Newberry senior who was shot and killed last month.“
“identified that some of the occupants appeared to be wearing ski masks.”
Marlowe said. “I hope we get some clarity from the investigation so we can make better decisions about how to move forward and to prevent these types of events.”
You do not need an investigation. Stop doing hood rat shite.
Top speed on a Honda CRV is 120. Wow.

I'm not a fan of high speed pit maneuvers. I don't care about the occupants, but the general safety of bystanders. Lower speeds, they are great. There are just too many instances where the trooper used poor judgement and harmed other people in vehicles nearby that otherwise would have been fine just letting the speeding car go away and find them using a bolo call or something else.

Will there be protesting that police should not chase criminals?

but it’s possible someone in that car got in thinking they were just getting a ride somewhere and absolutely didn’t sign up for a high speed chase in a car they had no idea was stolen.
Hey, where did you get this?
Oh uh. Someone gave it to me.

Well, we’re pretty busy with our Free Free Palestine gigs, so, maybe later?

Different last names. Hmmm. More casualties of the wholesale abandonment of fatherhood by a certain group.

Can we get this to happen more often?

I’d have to know who exactly was in the car to make that assessment.
Not saying the PIT wasn’t the right thing to do, but it’s possible someone in that car got in thinking they were just getting a ride somewhere and absolutely didn’t sign up for a high speed chase in a car they had no idea was stolen.
There's a moral buried in this comment. Let's see if you can figure it out.

I watch these clowns in so many videos trying to play hero.
They will do a high speed pit maneuver in traffic. They knock speeding cars into oncoming traffic and everything else.
They also have no regard for innocent people in the fleeing vehicle. They will roll a car with children in a car seat.
You're funny.
You're concerned with innocent people who the cops may hurt, yet not a fricking peep about the a-hole driving 120mph+ on a public roadway whose actions and decisions directly led to this situation.

I’m fairly cynical when it comes to police and generally think they are too quick with deadly force….BUT
In this case, if it was in a high spies chase involving a stolen vehicle and they executed a reasonable PIT maneuver, there should be no issues at all.
It’s unfortunate these kids died but this falls squarely under the stupid games and stupid prizes umbrella.

Thankfully the cops didn't kill anyone this time by driving through a red light like the cops in Addis. It's okay when the cops PIT the kids breaking the law but we lose our shite when the cops kill innocent kids.
If cops can PIT a car at any time why can't they just shoot people running from them, like a foot chase? Is it not the same thing?
