If she really didn't pass a bar and held a position with the title "General Counsel," then this complaint could be very bad for her. California will jail you for holding oneself out to be an attorney. It will be worse if they subpoena the non-profit Fix California and communication is discovered that she represented herself as an attorney or actually performed tasks only an attorney can perform.

I've heard unsubstantiated rumors here in my office from MSU fans that he had surgery on his toe and is out indefinitely. Likely missing a lot more games than expected.

81 should have been called for a penalty on that play for grabbing Minchey. There are two rules related to this play.
Rule 4-2-3(a) - When a ball carrier is so held that their forward progress is stopped. When in question, the ball is dead.
Rule 9-3-2(b) - The ball carrier shall not grasp a teammate; and no other teammate shall grasp, pull, or lift the ball carrier to assist in forward progress.
After his momentum was stopped, 81 literally grabbed his jersey and pads to lift him up and push him across the goal line. Refs should have blown it dead before that happened. Since they didn't, they still should have thrown a flag for grabbing the ball carrier and assisting him forward.

Amy Strunk should never have fired Vrabel. Her ego has gotten in they way of every good decision her front office has made and every bad decision can be tied directly back to her. She is abysmal. 26% winning percentage since firing Vrabel and it doesn't look like that will be improving anytime soon.
Orange County in Cali may be considered urban. Maybe more suburban, but it's definitely a conservative area.
Bourbon Pecan Bars

I used ChatGPT to help create a list of tailgate foods to cook for the LSU/Ole Miss tailgate. I knew I wanted to make Jambalaya and Muffulettas, but needed a dessert. It suggested Bourbon Pecan Bars.
I can't recommend this dessert enough. They were an absolute hit at the tailgate and were crushed quickly. Here is the recipe Chat gave me. I followed it but added a tad more bourbon than it suggested. I checked already and, unfortunately, I didn't take any photos.
Bourbon Pecan Bars
Makes: About 24 bars
Pan: 9×13-inch
Oven: 350°F
Shortbread Crust
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup butter, melted
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 9×13-inch pan or line it with parchment paper.
Mix flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter until combined.
Press evenly and firmly into the bottom of the pan.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, until the edges are just beginning to turn golden.
Bourbon Pecan Filling
Ingredients
3 large eggs
1 cup light brown sugar, packed
¾ cup light or dark corn syrup
¼ cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons bourbon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
½ teaspoon salt
2 cups chopped pecans
Directions
Whisk together the eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, bourbon, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Stir in the chopped pecans.
Pour the filling evenly over the warm shortbread crust.
Return to the 350°F oven and bake for 25–30 minutes. The edges should be set and the center should still have a slight softness to it.
Let the bars cool completely before cutting. The filling will continue to set as it cools.
Cut into about 24 small bars.
Serving: These are best at room temperature. For clean cuts, refrigerate them first, cut while cold, then let them come back to room temperature before serving.

Well, having read that article and the messages she had afterwards, I stand corrected.
I went through ROTC at LSU. We have a long and storied history. It’s nice to see the DOD pick us up and restore that glory!

I don’t know the ins and outs of the investigation. What I do suspect is she was a willing participant for a threesome with two dudes. She proceeded to get more blacked out and then the abuse started with them passing her around like a piece of meat. That was the assault and what I gathered when I took a quick look into this.
The biggest issue is TSSAA being an absolutely weak organization. There are kids from other states that don’t even go to class playing for Baylor who leave to go back home after the season. TSSAA should be removing those schools. Private schools who still focus on academics first shouldn’t be in this position.

They’ve had 200k plus before. A lot stay and watch from their tailgates. I can see another 50-75k show up because of the hype. I don’t see 350k.
G3 makes a good aluminum center console with a T-top. Like the other poster says, if this is going out in open water, glass center console is the way to go.

Ohio State and Texas are bigger draws, combined. We likely won't hit that number but will be close. The drama is the big draw, but Ole Miss doesn't draw that many viewers so it's a little one sided. That game was 2 big draws, not just 1.
They are the ones writing the stories. Not Kiffin. They make it about him and then bash him for it. Make that make sense.

It seems the legal counsel isn’t actually counseling them. They are just yes men for Sankey.
2004 vs Auburn - personal foul on LSU after Auburn missed a PAT for jumping too high. They re-kicked and we lost.
2006 vs Auburn - Early Doucet was interfered before the ball was tipped. Letter of the rule is pass interference. Jacob Hester caught a ball, took 2 steps, and then fumbled out of bounds. Call was made correctly, then overturned. Skip filed a complaint after the game and SEC said pound sand.
2009 vs Bama - PP7 was inbounds
2014 vs Bama - Vadal Alexander personal foul was bogus. Took us out of 1st and goal. We settled for a FG and then lost in OT.
2018 vs MSU - Devin While BS targeting call in the second half. Literally the worst upheld targeting call ever. Devin should have played the 1st half against Bama.
2018 vs A&M - Too many to count. Delpit caused a fumble and Greedy recovered it. Ruled incomplete and never reviewed. Absolutely bogus. Greedy PI call was BS.
2023 vs Bama - Dallas Turner hit on Jayden Daniels was textbook targeting.
