State bean counters is the answer. I'm friends with a contractor that works in that world. They are often limited on how much they can invoice monthly. Someone, who knows nothing about construction, dictates the monthly cash flow and which often leads to contractors only working 2 weeks a month to keep the required cashflow and monthly invoice cap. They are often limited on much fill material they can purchase or asphalt quantities. It's quite insane.

You pay for youtube tv for yourself and then set her up as a family member and get her a sign in. The TV will stay signed in and she can watch all she wants. It will only cost you $79/mo
Who is to say when Red said it out loud, he wasn't reading it from the letter? It was possibly written in the letter but Red was excited and said it out loud while reading it.
NBC lost regardless of the count. They get paid after the super bowl when the viewer count is confirmed. That's 25 million viewers lost that lowers their profits. It will have an impact. When the broadcast network pushes back on the NFL's choice of entertainment, then the customer will eventually win.

First snowfall dates and hard freezes have shifted up to a month in most places. This seasonal creep just seems exaggerated now. It used to snow or freeze damn near every Thanksgiving in TN when I was a boy. We are consistently getting hard freezes and snow storms in late February and early March now, which was unheard of in the 80's/90's. It will eventually creep back, but we need to be smarter about this when it comes to wildlife management. The data is there, it's time to change the season.
