You can only get tested with an order from a Dr.
In order to get the Dr.’s order you must meet specific criteria.
Common sense says that majority will be positive
Common sense says that #’s will go up since we are just getting going with testing
Common sense has been lost in all the panic

The number of NO cases is sobering. NO by itself may be on pace to surpass the entire state of Texas.

Considering they are only testing people who they think actually have the virus and ~64% of them are testing negative, that sounds pretty good to me.
ETA: I actually can't help but think what this really shows is how many people that "OMGZ I need mah testing" are really just wasting time and resources. 2/3 of people who thought they had the corona did not. If you're sick, just stay home, why do all these assholes want to get tested. If you give an old person any illness it could kill them, so if you're sick just stay home, like you always should. It's easy.
If this was a blanket test of everybody in La and it was 36.4% positive that would be a different story.

The doctor with him who also spoke and who is the head of infectious diseases at OLOL Hospital here in Baton Rouge said something I've never heard before.
"Just assume you will get the COVID-19 virus. 100% of our population will get it eventually. 80% of us will never know we had it because we will show no symptoms. 15% will have minor symptoms that we will assume is a cold or allergies so we won't see a doctor. 5% of us will seek medical attention and will get tested for CV-19."

No details always matter.
Such as 171 people in a state aren’t that many, such as all the deaths have had underlying issues (most with one foot in the grave) and clearly from the map New Orleans is the issue not la.

Why would you post something so negative and rude? Is your life that miserable that you need to spread it to others? Be grateful you’re not homeless, have clean running water, fresh air to breathe, and have so many rights that others don’t.

Right. It's a meaningless statistic without understanding the policy determining who is getting tested.
If it's people who are in the doctors office with acute respiratory symptoms, then that number might be a bit of positive news.
If it's anyone who is showing any of the symptoms of the virus, then that number is concerning.

So if it requires a doctors order, how are these drive up sites going to work? Only go if you have an order or if you're on their list? Just curious as some people will be quite confused and just go.
