Wow. Hope we do a better job at containing the spread, but that’s definitely a pattern

Given our massive difference in population size and makeup oh, we're doing pretty well
Posted on 3/13/20 at 1:31 pm to StringedInstruments
Doesn’t that mean we will be getting a lockdown order soon?
Holy crap
Holy crap

Scary, but we do have 5 times their population.

Italy has 20% of our population though

So far we are winning. Just like in world war II

I don't see anything about population density in there. Seems like an awfully large factor to leave out.

I read somewhere that Italy has an unusually large number of Chinese nationals in their workforce and many of them went home for Tet, then returned. Anyone else see that speculation/analysis?

I read an article a few days ago..(No Link)..Basically it said the Italian people gave the Italian salute when the government told them to stay indoors...

There are probably over a million people in our country who have had or currently had this Only difference in those numbers is the number of tests administered.
This is the biggest overreaction in human history. This is NOT the zombie apocalypse the media wants you to think it is.

Damn, the US is doing much better than Italy with this virus when comparing the population density of the two countries.

So Italy canceled their NCAAT Tournament too?!

That graph is a perfect example of manipulating statistics and making a graph to try and prove a point
