You don’t know anything. Don’t act like you do.

I admit I don’t. But I know people are sick, many are dying and there are too many phonies pretending they know everything telling people is all a hoax when it’s not.

how long until people demand to get another check?

After they spend the first one???
Impossible. It’s all a hoax don’t you know. The are all being hospitalized with a case of the hoax. I read that it on Twitter.
Watched a replay today, and I was wondering just how many times our WRs ran with the football and I can’t remember one fumbling. They may have, but despite all those runs after the catch in heavy traffic I can’t remember losing the football.

As of this morning the state's website says 380 patients in Louisiana are on ventilators and Edwards has requested TWELVE THOUSAND more?!?

JBE is going to sell them on EBay to balance the budget.
Flu season in the Southern Hemisphere is April through September. It is definitely something to watch for obvious reasons.
Great news for Republicans, this means fewe Democrat voters.

He represents everyone in LA, not just a select few.

He is the leader of the state, he doesn’t represent the state. He is doing very well leading us during this crisis.
But all the economic data and all the social studies indicate his policies aren’t very good.
Look at economic numbers, job numbers. rankings, etc. prior to this crisis and they are very bad.

Remember all the Honor Code jokes? The state of LA is absolutely benefiting from a leader that has a West Point education, was a rifle company commander and a graduate of the Ranger course. Its a big job but his education and training have prepared him for the task.

Our tax dollars trained him. It’s good to see some positive results.
Too bad he didn’t pay attention in economics class and too bad he made friends with the unions, the trial lawyers and the socialists of he might be able to lead the state better during the good times.
The number of deaths continues to fall. That’s happened two days straight. Good news.

I thought you’d appreciate that.

It was already noted on a previous thread. You are late to the party.

Open the link. Most of those are not confirmed yet for their underlying condition. Only 17 didn't have an underlying condition. That is no different than traffic deaths, etc.

So you assume every person that died and is labeled pending had one of those maladies?
I’d bet over half the US adult population has one of the maladies listed or is obese.

Jindal was a machine in a crisis

This
We said the same thing. He was robotic.

People are always asking how many of those that died had other health issues. There is your data in the biggest hot spot in the country. It's very rare that a healthy person will die from Covid19.

Very rare is not 145 out of 672. That’s over 20%

Underlying illnesses include Diabetes, Lung Disease, Cancer, Immunodeficiency, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Asthma, Kidney Disease, and GI/Liver Disease.

What percentage of Americans have or have suffered from at least one of these maladies?
9.4% of adults have or had cancer
10.5% diabetes
29% of adults have hypertension
See where this leads?

This Lawyer > Jindal

Ironically both Edwards and Jindal drew the most praise because of their actions during crisis times. They bragged on Jindal too post Gustav. He was all over it.
ETA: Jindal was propped up by post Katrina/ Rita spending but was gutted by the collapse of oil. Edwards will get federal dollars now to prop him up, but will this collapse of oil take him down in the long run?
This isn’t near as bad as the days right after Katrina or Gustav
Anybody believe Zion turned down 100s of thousands from Kansas to go to Duke for the education?
Wade might be a sacrificial lamb here, but if they really wanted to clean it up they would start at the top with Duke, Ky., and Carolina.

He is a great leader and as a military man has a tremendous working understanding of what an asset the LA National Guard is in an emergency. He will continue to do well.

It’s a shame his economic policies and his political allies suck.
